Stephanie Qualls is the Chief Client Officer of ENKI LLC, bringing over four decades of business experience, including a mix of consulting, industry line leadership, and international staff roles across multiple industries.  For the last 30 years, she has helped clients transform performance through implementation of complex results-focused changes to business architecture.  Themes of these programs have included HSE, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, planning & scheduling, asset effectiveness, and organizational effectiveness.  Tools and techniques focus on building an intentional learning architecture™ to coach leaders and organizational team members to define and implement new processes, systems, and behaviors that create a sustainable transformation in business performance. Key strengths include a breadth of international and industry experience, having supported clients to drive sustainable performance improvement in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, France, Netherlands, U.K., Japan, Singapore, Equatorial Guinea, and South Africa in diverse industries including energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, and construction. Success in the business world led to the classroom, as a visiting lecturer on “Social and Project Management” for the capstone course of Rice University’s Computer Science MS program.  This lecture series focused on core elements of a learning architecture, including stakeholder engagement, team management, and collaborative project management.

 

Maurice “Mo” Moragne

Maurice (Mo) Moragne is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer Advisor at ENKI LLC, bringing 38 years of global commercial and P&L leadership experience across corporate, founder-led, and privately held enterprises. He leads revenue strategy and fractional C-suite advisory services for companies seeking scalable growth, with a core strength in translating marketplace intelligence, consumer insight, and global trends into clear commercial strategy, operational discipline, and margin-accretive results. His experience spans CPG, food and beverage, coffee and tea, and functional food ingredients across 65 countries. Key roles include Global General Manager at Chiquita Fruit Solutions, where he managed operations contributing $100 million in revenue and $10 million in EBITDA, and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Farmer Brothers Coffee, where he directed a cross-functional team of 780 and led sales, marketing, and commercial operations for key national accounts including Amazon, Dunkin', and McDonald's. He also co-founded International Agriculture Group, focused on revolutionizing the food ingredient industry through upcycled plantain-based products. Maurice holds a BA in Political Science from Penn West Edinboro, is a patent holder, and is valued by clients and boards as a senior operating partner who combines strategic clarity, commercial rigor, and a direct, candid presence, living by his guiding principle: "Uncomfortable truths, delivered with a smile."



Synthia Taylor, Ph.D.

Synthia Taylor brings the science of adult education to support the cultural and people transformation needed for successful technical and business transformations. She is a strategic and hands-on, positive, and passionate servant leader who leverages a team-oriented approach to learners’ achievements.

Synthia has a Ph.D. in the Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service, a MS Degree in Educational Leadership, and an undergraduate BA degree in Elementary Education.
Synthia holds her Teaching, Administrator, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Superintendent licenses in the State of Wisconsin. She continues to serve on multiple community advisory committees and has done so for over a decade to promote social justice in education in Michigan and Wisconsin.

Synthia enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, golf, cycling, yoga, skiing, Big Ten football and Tour de France.

 

Lawrence Dillon

Lawrence Dillon is the Chief Information Officer of ENKI LLC and Client Transformation Strategist. He brings over three decades of senior executive enterprise transformation experience in business, technology, and digital transformation across organizations ranging from small private companies to Fortune 100, including a $65 billion mutual health insurer, a $2.4 billion healthcare and facilities division, a $3 trillion-asset global bank, and a wide range of industry sectors including manufacturing, wealth management, retail, healthcare, and medical devices. Over 13 years at ENKI he has held roles including CEO, CFO, COO, and now CIO, while also leading the firm's IT practice. His transformations have delivered outcomes including $145 million in savings beyond expectations at HSBC as a consultant, a $23 million digital transformation at RS Medical as CIO/COO, and more than $20 million in cashflow freed in six weeks at Farmer Brothers Coffee. Key leadership roles include RS Medical as CIO/COO, Aramark as CIO for a $2.4 billion division serving 3,200 providers across 22 countries, and HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield) as Chief Enterprise Architect for a $65 billion mutual insurer. Lawrence holds undergraduate degrees from Keene State College, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, executive education credentials from Harvard Law School and Princeton University, and AI Professional certifications from Google and IBM, a licensed personal-lines insurance producer in Pennsylvania, and founder of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Private Directors Association.
